Hi, I’m Cienna Jade
I’m a strength coach, a mom to a wild and wonderful toddler, a wife, and a woman who’s learned (the hard way) that wellness is about so much more than how we look.
Movement used to be my way of controlling things — a tool for chasing “enoughness.” But over time, it became something else: a way to come home to myself. A way to process, to rebuild, to feel strong in seasons where everything else felt shaky.
That shift changed everything.
And now, it’s what I help others do, too.
My approach is simple, but powerful:
I believe in training for life — not for punishment or perfection.
In moving your body in ways that feel good, not just look good.
In balanced, flexible nutrition that supports your energy and your joy.
In holding space for both strength and softness.
And in building routines that leave room for real life — kids, chaos, and all.
I created the Move Through It Challenge and my 1:1 coaching programs for people who want structure without the all-or-nothing mindset. For folks who want to feel steady and supported — not pressured or overwhelmed.
